Director · BSc · FIFST · Qualified BRCGS Auditor
David brings more than 20 years of food-industry experience spanning food technology, third-party auditing and technical management. As a qualified BRCGS Auditor across Food, Agents & Brokers and Storage & Distribution, he understands both what the standards require and what it takes to make them work in a live operation.
His career has included roles with Campden BRI, Exova, NSF Europe and CERT ID, supported by a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Reading. As a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science & Technology, David combines technical depth with a practical, straightforward approach.
His auditing background also includes work against bespoke retailer, food-service and customer standards, including programmes associated with Morrisons, Yum!, British Airways and Subway.
